قد تفصح شركة تهيئة لتقنية نظم المعلومات عن معلومات العميل الشخصية، دون سابق إنذار، إذا كان مطلوبا القيام بذلك بموجب القانون أو جهات رسمية بحسن نية الاعتقاد أن مثل هذا الإجراء ضروري ل: (أ) الاتفاق مع القانون أو الامتثال للإجراءات القانونية التي تخدم شركة تهيئة لتقنية نظم المعلومات أو موقع الشركة الالكتروني؛ (ب) حماية حقوق شركة تهيئة لتقنية نظم المعلومات أو الدفاع عنها؛ (ج) التصرف في ظل الظروف الملحة لحماية السلامة الشخصية لمستخدمي شركة تهيئة لتقنية نظم المعلومات أو الجمهور.سياسة استخدام ملفات تعريف الارتباط Cookies:
قد يستخدم الموقع الالكتروني "ملفات تعريف الارتباط" لمساعدة العميل في تخصيص تجربة الاستخدام على الإنترنت. ملف تعريف الارتباط هو ملف نصي يتم وضعه على القرص الثابت الخاص بالعميل بواسطة خادم صفحة ويب. لا يمكن استخدام ملفات تعريف الارتباط لتشغيل البرامج التي توصل الفيروسات إلى جهاز الكمبيوتر الخاص بالعميل. يتم تعيين ملفات تعريف الارتباط لكل عميل بشكل فريد، ولا يمكن قراءتها إلا بواسطة خادم ويب في المجال الذي أصدر ملف تعريف الارتباط إلى العميل.
